YourAILedger is committed to maintaining the security and integrity of your data. This Security Policy outlines our practices and your responsibilities for protecting your account and information.
Yourailedger.com provides the YourAILedger product and uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and business information. This policy describes those safeguards and user responsibilities without guaranteeing that every risk can be eliminated.
Data transmission is protected through platform-managed HTTPS and related security controls. Storage and backup protections are provided through the hosting and infrastructure services used by YourAILedger. Specific encryption standards are published only after they have been verified with those providers.
YourAILedger uses the authentication and session controls available through its hosting platform. Supported workspaces may use role-based permissions and owner-managed access. Users remain responsible for strong passwords, secure email accounts, and appropriate team access.
YourAILedger is not designed to store raw card numbers or bank passwords. When subscription payments are enabled, payment information is handled by the selected third-party payment provider under that provider’s security and compliance terms.
Bank or payment connections are available only when a supported third-party provider has been enabled and verified. Until then, bank and payment screens are organizational tools and do not move funds. Users should review the provider’s terms before connecting an account.
Supported workflows may record activity such as record changes, approvals, exports, and user actions to help owners review what happened. Audit history is an operational aid and is not represented as immutable or guaranteed to capture every event.
Supported workflows may require owner review before an action is marked approved. Approval tracking inside YourAILedger does not itself release checks, ACH, wires, payroll, tax, or other payments unless a verified third-party payment provider is connected.
YourAILedger may surface rule-based warnings and AI-assisted observations for records that need review. Alerts can be incomplete or inaccurate and do not guarantee fraud prevention, loss prevention, or detection of every unusual event.
You are responsible for: maintaining strong, unique passwords; enabling multi-factor authentication; keeping your email secure; not sharing login credentials; logging out when finished; and notifying YourAILedger immediately of any unauthorized access.
YourAILedger operates on Base44 and related cloud service providers. Infrastructure protections, monitoring, availability, and access controls are governed by the capabilities and terms of those providers. Access should be limited to authorized personnel.
Reported security incidents will be reviewed and addressed using the information and controls available to Yourailedger.com and its service providers. Notifications will be made when required by applicable law or contractual obligations.
Security practices may be updated as the product and its service providers evolve. Yourailedger.com does not claim independent penetration testing, audit certification, or a specific review schedule unless separately verified and published.
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it immediately to info@yourailedger.com. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will work to address issues promptly.
