Users are responsible for reviewing all records, imports, reports, balances, categories, exports, and summaries.
Before relying on YourAILedger reports for taxes, financing, audits, payroll, legal matters, or business decisions, users should review them with a qualified professional.
YourAILedger may help organize employee records, payroll-related settings, deduction information, tax reminders, state portal links, filing dates, paycheck estimates, and payroll reports.
YourAILedger does not run payroll, file payroll taxes, file sales tax returns, file income tax returns, or guarantee tax or payroll compliance.
Payroll and tax rules may change and may vary by federal, state, local, industry, and business-specific requirements.
Users are responsible for verifying final payroll, tax, withholding, deduction, filing, payment, and reporting decisions with a licensed payroll provider, CPA, tax professional, or attorney.
YourAILedger may include payment tracking, payment approval, bank connection, check, wire, ACH, and outgoing payment workflow tools.
Unless connected to an approved payment provider, these tools may be for organization, review, approval tracking, and recordkeeping only.
If live payment features are connected, payments may be handled by third-party providers, banks, or payment processors. Their own terms, fees, processing times, security rules, and approval requirements may apply.
Users are responsible for verifying: payee names, payment amounts, bank details, approval settings, payment timing, linked bills or invoices, user permissions, and final payment authorization.
YourAILedger is not responsible for payment errors caused by incorrect user entries, unauthorized access caused by poor account security, third-party provider errors, bank delays, or payment processor failures outside YourAILedger's reasonable control.

Experts are independent service providers. They are not employees of YourAILedger.
YourAILedger does not guarantee any expert's advice, credentials, license status, response time, availability, results, or professional outcome.
Users are responsible for choosing an expert, reviewing the expert's qualifications, approving service pricing, and deciding what information to share.
Any advice or service provided by an expert is between the user and that expert.
Users may choose to share information with an expert through screen sharing, report sharing, document sharing, CPA packet sharing, or temporary view-only access.
Users control what they share. Users should only share information they are authorized to share.
Temporary access should be limited, reviewed, and revoked when no longer needed.
YourAILedger may log access activity for security, audit, and owner-control purposes.
YourAILedger may allow users to enter, upload, import, sync, or connect business data from third-party systems.
Imported or connected data may contain errors, duplicates, missing fields, outdated records, or formatting problems.
Users are responsible for reviewing imported data, correcting mistakes, confirming balances, and approving final records.
YourAILedger does not guarantee that imported data is complete, accurate, or ready for tax, accounting, payroll, financing, or legal use.
YourAILedger may link to or integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, bank connection providers, QuickBooks, payroll providers, state tax portals, hosting providers, email providers, analytics tools, and expert service providers.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, fees, security practices, and availability.
YourAILedger is not responsible for third-party outages, errors, delays, data issues, policy changes, fees, or service decisions.
YourAILedger is designed to help users organize information, improve visibility, and take action sooner.

This Disclaimer works together with the YourAILedger Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Billing Policy, Data Retention Policy, Security Policy, and any other applicable policies.
