Organizing your business bookkeeping and financial records

Tracking orders, payments, inventory, shipping, and commissions

Generating reports for your CPA, tax preparer, or internal use

Importing data from QuickBooks or other business software

Using AI features for summaries, reminders, and recommendations

Exporting your data for backup, tax, or legal purposes

Inviting team members with appropriate role-based access

Contacting YourAILedger support for assistance

Prohibited Uses

Using YourAILedger for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
Attempting to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
Uploading malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
Interfering with or disrupting YourAILedger's servers or infrastructure
Using YourAILedger to evade taxes, hide income, or commit financial fraud
Impersonating another person, business, or YourAILedger representative
Harassing, threatening, or harming other users or YourAILedger staff
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access to your account
Using YourAILedger data to train AI models or competing products
Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting YourAILedger access
Uploading sensitive personal data (SSN, credit card numbers, bank passwords)
Using YourAILedger in violation of applicable laws or regulations

Enforcement

YourAILedger reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may also be reported to law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law. If you observe a violation, please report it to info@yourailedger.com.
