This Billing Policy explains YourAILedger's subscription pricing, billing cycle, payment terms, cancellation rules, and data retention policy. By subscribing to YourAILedger, you agree to this Billing Policy, our Terms of Service, and any related policies shown at checkout.
YourAILedger offers subscription plans starting at $29.00 USD per month: Starter ($29/month), Professional ($59/month), Gold ($99/month), and Enterprise ($199/month). Each plan includes access to YourAILedger's platform features, including AI-assisted bookkeeping tools, owner-control dashboards, reports, inventory and service tracking, customer follow-ups, approval workflows, reminders, and customer support. Additional services, such as independent CPA, bookkeeping, payroll, tax, or advisory services offered through the platform, may require separate fees. You can upgrade anytime and only pay the monthly difference.
YourAILedger subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled. Your subscription begins immediately after checkout. The first monthly charge is processed when you subscribe, and future charges occur on or around the same billing date each month until you cancel.
YourAILedger offers four subscription tiers: Starter ($29/month), Professional ($59/month), Gold ($99/month), and Enterprise ($199/month). You can upgrade anytime and only pay the monthly difference. Your data stays in place and new features unlock immediately. Simple pricing. No hidden fees. Cancel anytime.
If a payment fails, YourAILedger may attempt to process the payment method on file again. We may also notify you by email or through your account dashboard. You will have a grace period to update your payment method and restore your account before access may be limited, suspended, or moved to export-only status. If payment is not restored within the grace period, your subscription may be deactivated.
YourAILedger accepts major credit cards and other payment methods made available at checkout. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment providers. YourAILedger does not store raw credit card numbers or full payment credentials on its own servers.
YourAILedger may change pricing for new customers at any time. For existing subscribers, any pricing changes will be communicated in advance when required by law or platform policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling stops future billing, but it does not automatically delete your business data. Your paid access will generally remain active until the end of the billing period already paid for. After paid access ends, your account may move into export-only or limited-access status so you can download available records during the data retention period.
YourAILedger does not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law or specifically approved by YourAILedger. When you cancel, your subscription remains available through the end of the current paid billing period.
Canceling your subscription does not immediately delete your data. After your paid access ends, YourAILedger may retain your business data for up to 12 months in export-only or limited-access status. During this period, you may be able to download available reports, records, and exports. After the 12-month retention period, YourAILedger may delete, archive, anonymize, or permanently remove account data, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, dispute, tax, accounting, or compliance purposes. Users are responsible for exporting and saving their own records before the retention period ends.
If your subscription ends, YourAILedger may provide export-only access so you can retrieve available business records. Export-only access may include reports, customer records, vendor records, order records, payment records, inventory records, service records, audit logs, and other available exports. Export-only access does not include full active platform use, new record creation, AI analysis, reminders, integrations, dashboards, or ongoing support features unless otherwise stated.
Subscription prices do not include taxes unless clearly stated at checkout. Sales tax, VAT, or other applicable taxes may be added based on your billing location and applicable law.
For billing questions, failed payments, duplicate charges, or subscription concerns, please contact YourAILedger support. We will review billing concerns in good faith and work to resolve account-related issues as quickly as reasonably possible.
